How to join sessions on Zoom
The Conference will be delivered on the online platform Zoom. If you are not already using Zoom ~ or are not fully familiar with it ~ we highly recommend to watch the video below. Don't worry, it's very easy!
The first video is a short Zoom tutorial that shows how to join a meeting. That is really all you need to know, in order to connect to all Conference sessions.
However, if you wish to learn more about control options for the participants, we invite you to check the second video also and learn how you can chat, non-verbally express emotions and manage your audio and video settings.
When joining the Conference, please make sure you have a good internet or wifi connection! We also recommend using external speakers for better sound.

How to join a break-out room
How to interact with Presenters
Throughout the whole session you can always write in the chat. We will monitor it. If there is open sharing time, another option is to raise your electronic hand. This way Presenter and hosts of the session will see you easily. Please do it only when invited. To raise your hand click on the “Reactions” icon on the bottom panel of your zoom. You will find a button “Raise hand” there.
